You can upload you files via ftp by following the steps below:

2. An email will be sent to you with the account login and password

3. Open an FTP interface such as Fetch (Mac) or CuteFTP (Windows)

4. Enter the login in and password I provide

5. Find the folder with your name and select upload

6. Choose your files and press "upload" or "put"

7. You will receive a confirmation email when your files are received
